Simone Periccioli

 

Simone Periccioli was born in Grosseto in 1976, started studying at Istituto Musicale Parificato „Rinalo Franci“ in Siena, in the class of Maestro Mauro Bianchi, and he graduated in the year 1999/2000.
Later, he keeps studying in the “Classe Superieure Professionelle” at “Convervatoire Superieur de Musique de Genève“ with Maestro Andrea Bandini.

He completed his musical education in following master classes: Dany Bonvin (First Trombone Munchner Philharmoniker), Michel Becquet (International Soloist), Joel Vaisse (First Trombone ”Orchestre National de France"), Cristophe Sanchez (First Trombone “Orchestre de Paris”), Fabiano Fiorenzani (First Trombone "Orchestra Maggio Musicale Fiorentino”), Andrea Conti (First Trombone "Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia di Roma") Joseph Alessi (First Trombone New York Philharmonic).

He had countless collaborations with symphonic orchestras and theatres such as: Orchestra Sinfonica Città di Grosseto, Orchestra Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, United European Chamber Orchestra “UECO”, Orchestra Sinfonica Città di Sanremo, Orchestra Del Teatro Dell ’Opera di Roma, Teatro Carlo Felice di Genova, Orchestra Sinfonica “G.Verdi” di Milano, Stresa Festival Orchestra, Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, Teatro La Scala di Milano, Orchestra Filarmonica Della Scala, working with masters like: Zubin Metha, Vladimir Jurowski, Michail Jurowski, Luis Bacalov, Ennio Morricone, Roberto Abbado, Joel Levi, Wayne Marshall, David Coleman, Fabio Luisi, Gianandrea Noseda, Muhai Tang, Ingo Metzmacher, Antonio Pappano, Daniele Gatti, Daniel Barenboim, Myung-Whun Chung, Riccardo Chailly.

In 2010 he worked with the quartet of trombone of Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, and in the same year he gave a masterclass in Israel, at Buchmann-Mehta School of Music in the Tel-Aviv University.

Since 2013 he works at "Teatro La Scala di Milano", where in the same year won the competition as "Trombone di Fila" .
